Weight Loss JigSaw Puzzle: how to … Install Empowering Habits

This week’s GET JIGGY Weight Loss JigSaw Puzzle is entitled Install Empowering Habits.”

I don’t know if you know this or not – but listen up – because this is a ‘learning’ that can change your life.

The Learning:
You cannot break a habit; you can only create new ones.

The bad news:  Those old habits that you’d like to unplug and toss are there to stay.  Once installed, and the ‘bad’ ones have probably been around for more than a decade or two or even three, no? – they are seriously difficult to uproot and send on their way.

The good news:  As you install empowering habits and practice them; as your new habits build strength, they will become the dominate habits.  Your old habits – the ones that you are just busting to dump, the ones that are no longer useful to you will get quiet – real quiet.  So quiet, in fact, that they will no longer rule the day, rule your mind or your weight.   Imagine that!

While clicking through this week’s GET JIGGY Weight Loss Puzzle, “Install Empowering Habits,” imagine what empowering habits you’d like to install!  It’s worth the effort!

Remember, clicking burns calories!  Better to keep your mind and hands busy doing Our Lady of Weight Loss‘s GET JIGGY Weight LOSS JigSaw Puzzles, than mindlessly eating.  No? Yes!

What news habits are you thinking that you’d like to install?  An important question to chew on!

Enjoy clicking.

Spread the word … NOT the icing!
