JigSaw Sunday – The Do Nothing Diet puzzle.

This week’s GET JIGGY Weight Loss JigSaw Puzzle is inspired by Sunday, which comes  from the Latin – dies solis – which means “sun’s day,” the name of a pagan Roman holiday.

It is also called Dominica, Latin for The Day of God.

French: dimanche
Italian: domenica
Spanish: domingo
German: sonntag
Dutch: zondag.

Actually, juice is still not a “good” choice but its a better one. It packs the same sugar and calorie punch that soda does adding liquid calories that don’t satiate you. The one benefit in part is the vitamins it provides but its still better to get those from the real thing. Bottom line…water and herbal unsweetened teas are really the only “best” choices.
