It’s time for me to share my favorite summer recipes with you.  I permanently removed (remember: if you “lose” weight, you will find it! If you “drop” it, you will pick it up!) over 50 pounds 10 years ago – as in a decade –  (applause and thank you).

In accordance with my mission:  to make health and weight loss fun and create balance and harmony in our lives, I’d like to share my truly satisfying and tasty dishes that are fast, easy and overflowing with vitamins and minerals.
