    im not stopping myself from losing weight,janice.if i wanna gain weight,i can’t eat too much meat or even taste it,except chicken.i have a bad take on going to a viewing then i cannot forget what abd how it was to be in a funeral,and i can’t eat no more for until my mind will erase the funeral scene,lol,i just keep moving on,no matter what,life is to be lived according to plan,according to God’s plan for us,loss weight or gain,everything is in God’s hands,lol.When i am so feeling “J”too,lol,i cannot eat,because my dad have another pet,i am Jealous.lol.just joking.thanks!

    The person having trouble loosing weight might want to look into known food allergies which can make it impossible to loose weight and also make a person gain weight. They should temporarily try cutting out gluten which would be wheat, barley and rye. Also dairy and corn products. Eggs cause issues with some, too. But the biggest offenders are gluten and dairy. It might be hard but there is a lot of gluten free products out there and often places like Whole Foods, Sprouts and other farmers markets stores carry them. So as an experiment she or he should try cutting those things out and in a week’s time there should be indicators as to what the culprit is. The indicator would be weight loss, of course.
