Stay Fat Tuesday – Still in a Winter Rut?

“See! The winter is past; the rains are over and gone.
Flowers appear on the earth; the season of singing has come,
the cooing of doves is heard in our land.”
- Song of Solomon 2:11-12

Could it be that you are more in a winter rut than you thought???  Have you grown accustomed to staying in for lunch, hunkering down early, snacking your way through the long night?

I don’t know if you realize it or not – but Spring has SPRUNG!!! If you are still in Stay Fat Mode, then stay indoors! BUT if you’d like to do some FAT-BLASTING …

WAKE UP TO SPRING!!!

Head Outdoors!!!
When you head to the great outdoors, just the very act of heading out, burns calories.  Better than sitting, you know.

Oxygenate Your Brain!!!
Take in a few deep breaths of fresh air.  Wowzer!  Send that oxygen to your brain and get some fresh, springtime thinking going!

Sun Therapy!!!
There is something healing and especially therapeutic about the spring time sun.  (Remember to wear sunblock.) A few rays of sun will soothe the spirit and relax your last nerve. Ahhhh ….

So … if you want to STAY FAT, STAY INDOORS.
If you want to LOSE IT!!! MELT THE FAT, then WAKE UP TO SPRING!!!

Spread the word … NOT the icing,
