Take in a few deep breaths of fresh air. Wowzer! Send that oxygen to your brain and get some fresh, springtime thinking going!
There is something healing and especially therapeutic about the spring time sun. (Remember to wear sunblock.) A few rays of sun will soothe the spirit and relax your last nerve. Ahhhh ….
So … if you want to STAY FAT, STAY INDOORS.
