In celebration of Weight Watchers new Points Plus plan and the concept that you can eat all the fruit that you like, lose weight and ooze health all at the same time, here is my best Winter Fruit Salad!
In the old days, I would have said that this recipe served 4! But now … if you’re on WW … it’s up to you. Eat till sated.
WINTER FRUIT SALAD
2 cups fresh pineapple chunks
2 firm bananas, peeled, sliced
1 c. seedless grapes, green
1 c. seedless grapes, red
1 c. sliced oranges
1 c. pitted dates
1/4 cup raisins
Mix together in large bowl.
Do spoon yourself out a nice, healthy portion and eat until sated.
Remember: Even though WW has deemed these foods point free, you don’t want to eat till you can’t breath. Practice mindful eating.
