Diet Tip Tuesday: Square Meals?

Our Lady of Weight Loss Square Blue Plate
If you want to easily and effortlessly lose weight, then get yourself a set of dark blue, small, square dishes!
Why square? Because square emits contentment. Round invites curiosity!
Why small? Because portion control is key to permanent fat removal a.k.a. weight loss. Studies show that if you shift from a 12-inch dinner plate to a 10-inch dinner plate, that you could lose up to 18 pounds in one year.
Why dark blue? Because blue not only suppresses appetite, it removes guilt, and it keeps bad spirits away.
Spread the word … NOT the icing,

I really appreciate your bite-size tips. Seeking out square blue plates is a great idea, not just because I will eat less, but also because it makes weight loss fun! There’s some energy to this. Not the same ole, same ole. Thanks! – Becky

I don’t think a blue square plate will curb an appetite that’s fueled by neurotransmitter deficiencies. As long as people ignore the underlying metabolic issues of weight gain, there will always be a “missing link” when it comes to sustainable weight loss.

Blue square plates can, however, serve as an anchor to your goals; and provide a moment of fun … levity – in this sometimes too serious topic! Lighten up! Buy blue square plates – it’s a small step, and a beginning!
