Weight Loss Tip: Clean Up Your Room Day

What a great way to knock out three birds with one stone. Burn calories, lose weight, and live clean! I am jumping into this holiday – with both feet, head first!
I pledge to you that today, I will … Clean Up My Room!
I will get a big bag and throw away lots of ‘stuff.’ I will sweep where no man has gone before me! I will rearrange furniture, vacuum and wash the windows, because they burn a great amount of calories (see chart below). I will lug my big bags of garbage to the garbage room in the basement of my building!
I will revel in the glory of clean!
