Guilt-Free Comfort Food 5 YUM Delish Recipe!
Leeks, Walnuts, and Goat Cheese Pasta
Serves 4
Ingredients:
1 lb. penne
1 tablespoon butter
3 cloves garlic, chopped
2 large leeks, chopped
White wine, two splashes
3 oz. goat cheese
1/3 cup walnuts, shelled chopped into pieces
Parsley leaves
Instructions:
1. Place penne is large pot of boiling salted water and cook. (I know you know how to make pasta!)
2. In a large saucepan, melt the butter.
3. Add garlic and leeks, sauté for 4 to 5 minutes.
4. Splash in the white wine.
5. Cook until the wine has reduced.
6. Add to cooked, drained pasta.
7. Crumble in goat cheese and the walnuts.
8. Give it a good stir and garnish with parsley (if you like).

    I have a problem with where to buy those recipe ingredients.i don’t have problem following the cooking instructions.
    I love to cook,that’s not a problem either,provided ,i have the leisure of time to do so.In my kitchen,there’s no need to be guilty of,i cook because i serve my love for my girls,zero-guilt and that’s love,and for my weight loss?my body weight is still manageable!!!im still glad!Cooking the right food,eating it right,serving it right
    makes Weight loss perfectly right!!!lol.

    Why does everyone focus on the food when trying to lose weight??? Arggghhh it is so frustrating…I think it is much more important to eat every 3 hours (or so) that it is what we eat. I agree, eating better is definitely better, but when people are just getting started, they have to take baby steps and when you start bringing in the food police telling them this is bad, this is good, you can’t eat that…etc… they just get bogged down and quit. I am taking this from over 25+ years of experience helping people lose weight.
    First things first…EAT and don’t skip meals.
