    One of the things that has worked for me to stop the night time snacking is to brush and floss my teeth as soon as I’m finished with my evening meal. I have to admit, I’ve never been great about flossing.Didn’t floss regularly until I had braces in my very late 50’s. After the braces came off, I kept up the good habit. It takes some time to do a REALLY good job and when I’m finished I know I won’t eat for the rest of the night. Don’t want to mess up those nice straight teeth and it’s too much work to brush and floss again.
