Is giving out the Gospel of John now illegal in Dearborn, Michigan?

Ask yourself if these guys are just a bunch of troublemakers. They’re standing outside a Muslim festival in Dearborn, Michigan, trying to give away copies of the Gospel of John in English and Arabic.

Are they provoking trouble? Are they trying to be martyrs? Are they merely stirring up trouble between Christians and Muslims?

One of them in the video says he’s an ex-Muslism who wants to spread the truth of Jesus Christ to those who share his heritage. So, is he an obedient Christian following Jesus’ final instructions to His disciples before He ascended into Heaven — the Great Commission? Or is this guy just a malcontent making unnecessary problems for the Dearborn police department?

Odds are, if you believe all religions are equal, these guys are just lunatics stirring up dissent. However, if you believe that Jesus is the Way, the Truth and the Life — and that no one comes unto the Father except through Christ, well … what does that make you?

Well, think about this: what would you think if these guys were handing out New Testaments at a Jewish festival?

Most of you are not even aware that the Koran takes the story of Abraham and Isaac and attributes everything that happened to Ishmael, who was not the child of the Promise. Those stories of Abram, Sarai and Isaac was published fourteen hundred years plus before the Koran was written.

Molhammed was born in 571 C.E. and lived until 632 C.E. The Koran was written after he died in 633-634. His mother died at his birth and his father died several years afterwards. He was reared by an uncle and a cousin. Supposedly, he liked to spend time alone. Later in life, he married a very rich widow, (probably afforded him the time to spend alone), and had two sons, who died at birth, and four daughters. Supposedly, one night the angel Jibral (Gabriel to us, whom we know was not a real person), took him to heaven (there is no physical heaven), for a night of power and excellence. He met Al-Lah, who had a consort called Al-Lat. (Certainly not the God we believe in). Al-Lah told him to write down everything he would have revealed to him. It took 23 years for the revelations to be complete. Of course, that is a misnomer about writing anything down, as Mohammed was illiterate.

I wonder why would Mohammed then be so down on women as the Islamic religion promotes? Of course, there is another book called the Hadith, which has some side rules and writings to serve as a foundation for what Mohammed’s words did not support, so half of their stuff comes from the Hadith.

Their belief system begins with the Shahadah – “There is one God, his name is Al-Lah, and Mohammed is his messenger (prophet).”

They have only two sins in their relgion: Not believing in Al-Lah as God, and not believing in any God. (As you can see where they get their infidels approach from).

An Indian Merchant in my hometown told me that there were two women and one man who decided to write the Koran out of boredom after Mohammed died.

Another thing, all of the gods from the Torah or the Old Testament were gods of the pantheon. Islam had its own pantheon, and Al-Lah and Al-Lat came out of that pantheon. Only around 100 BCE did the renunciation of the pantheon of gods come about, and the one God that Jews and Christians came to belive in come into effect. Of course, around that time, the role reversals for men and women were well into effect, which the women goddesses that once existed were put on the bottom of life and men rose to the top as Christianity was shaped.
We have now lived for over 2,500 years in androcentrism – life shaped and seen through a male point of view. Women once had it all from around 38,000 BCE (the Paleolithic Age) down until the Neolithic Age, from 9,000 BCE until 3,000 BCE, when they settled, stored their grains in silos, built mound houses, bred their animals and then began to plant their crops. When writing was developed in Sumeria, the men wrote laws to control women, and their roles were eclipsed and reversed, except for the biological factor that women are still the giver of life. I suppose if men could invent a uterus, they would take over that role, too.

There is a lot more that I could say, but this is to give you a push into the scholarship of how the world got where it is today.

As a matter of fact, El Shaddai, the first god to call Abram to walk in her ways of kindness, compassion and mercy, was a woman. In Hebrew, she is described as a “god with breasts.” With her always appeared Shekinah, the glory, a female word, also. Then, there was Sophia (female), which means wisdom. As you read the Torah or Old Testament, the gods changed from time to time as the allegories are presented as Literary Constructs (from Genesis 2 – 12). Genesis 1 was written and appended in the front of Genesis 2 to give the Hebrews another creation story, which was largely constructed from other civilizations’ creation stories, and occurred after 587 BCE, after the destruction of the Second Temple by Esdras. Look up the Enuma Elish (Tiamat, Apsu and Marduk), the Epic of Gilgamesh, etc…, and you will see references to that in the construct of the the first Chapter of Genesis.

There is sooooooo much that people need to know when they talk about Islam, Judaism and Christianity.

I’d probably be branded as Politically Incorrect for saying this in a larger forum, but Western Society tries to bend over backwards to accomadate Islamic religion & culture, but most Moslems can’t go the extra mile to at least show some respect to other people’s faith. You’ll probably never see a Christian church, Jewish synagogue or ( Heaven Forbid ! ) a Hindu or Buddhist temple in Mecca, Medina or Riyadh.

If the followers of Islam openly evangelized, we’d probably have to welcome their agents w / open arms.

Gen 16:11-12 11The angel of the LORD also said to her:(Hagar) “You are now with child and you will have a son. You shall name him Ishmael, for the LORD has heard of your misery. 12 He will be a wild donkey of a man; his hand will be against everyone and everyone’s hand against him, and he will live in hostility toward all his brothers.”
Muslim’s don’t care if you convert to Islam as long as you obey Islamic Law. Their belief is we are all born Muslim and we have fallen away. That aside this government of ours has lost it’s moorings. They used to teach that in a democracy the majority ruled. Restricting the spread of the gospel should incite every Christian to be more zealous in spreading the Message of Jesus Christ. Judge for yourselves whether it is right in God’s sight to obey the government rather than God. CHRISTIANS WAKE UP!!!! WE MUST TAKE BACK OUR COUNTRY.

OH. MY. GAWD. What the participants are not saying is what legality the police are using to keep them from their freedom of expression. I am just amazed, but it seems like something that any decent human rights lawyer ought to be able to straighed out. Did they call the ACLU???

We are ruled by a Republic system, NOT by the whims of the “majority”. We have to remember we are supposed to be a country of laws, which, I believe are based on Judeo/Christian concepts.

Witnessing is important but does it bring the right results if it is done “in your face?”
