Obama is likely to do with his new Council on Faith-Based and Community Partnerships. The short answer: nothing for the first hundred days (there is more pressing business at hand). After that, the big issue that is likely to emerge is religious hiring rights — the ability and legality of some religious “auxiliaries” that provide community services to restrict hiring for some positions to individuals of that faith or denomination.
