That’s what Signature Books is doing, according to its website.

We have decided to take a brief hiatus (we’re calling it our recession hiatus) to add the complete texts of many of our titles to our Signature Books Library site–something we have wanted to do for some time now.

That sounds like a temporary break from publishing new titles. As noted in a post at By Common Consent, Signature has published some very important volumes over the years — let’s hope it continues. I’m sure it’s tough to sell to the Mormon market if Deseret Book won’t carry your books. If you’re looking for something to do with Christmas gift money, take a look at the Signature catalog.
