Mindfulness A-Z: Liberating Regret, Stuckness, and Perfectionism: Coming Soon at Kripalu

_DSC0370.Arnie&BuddhaIn less than two weeks my Kripalu workshop Mindfulness A-Z: Liberating Regret, Stuckness, and Perfectionism will be underway! There is still time to register for this 5-day workshop, August 4-9. We will start the process on Sunday evening and then explore mindfulness related topics each day, with periods of meditation, contemplation, reading poetry, and doing the Story Art creative journaling process. We will seek to understand and implement the Buddha’s wisdom as presented in his basic teachings. Come join me at the beautiful Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health.

In the meantime, read my Beliefnet Gallery on Perfectionism: Perfectly Imperfect: 10 Strategies for Overcoming Perfectionism.
