Letting Go with Guy Finley

Why does it seem so hard to be kind to those who may have hurt us, when kindness itself is a gentle master? We must realize in our moment of need that the only thing being “hard” on us is an unseen indwelling unkindness, and then refuse it a home in our heart.

Instead of asking yourself why someone else acts this or that way, learn to ask: What's inside of me that wants to hurt itself, over how anyone else acts?
