Lessons from a Recovering Doormat

What do you tend to do when you encounter a problem? Get upset? Complain about it? Creating negative emotions is a normal response to something going wrong. But if you want a good resolution, calm your emotions and focus on finding a solution.

Negative emotions keep your focus on the problem. That’s a waste of the energy you can use to find a solution. It’s hard to attract a good solution if you’re anxious about it. That tells the Universe that you don’t have faith in getting a good outcome.

If you intend to solve your problem, don’t concentrate on the trouble but instead think about finding a solution or generating positive emotions about the solution let them override any negative emotions you’re feeling.that can help the Attraction tune into the fact that you expect a solution and trust it will come. And it will come!
