You attract what you focus on. I’ve said that many times. Yet I still hear people talking about what they don’t want, and then wonder why they get more of it. It’s important to let go of thoughts about what you DON’T want. In the video below, Dr. Michael J. Duckett illustrates this point very nicely.

Do his exercise and you may be able to let go of the bad habit of thoughts about what you DON’T want.
