As Larry Parker notes, the news out of Arizona is that Kurt Warner’s injury is less serious than feared and that means he might actually play on Sunday (my fantasy football team will be pleased although I didn’t actually pray for his healing).

The results of the MRI exam were clear: Cardinals quarterback Kurt Warner has a torn ligament in his left elbow… The ligament should heal on its own, so Warner won’t need surgery, a Cardinals spokesman said. Because the injury is in Warner’s non-throwing arm, he hopes to return soon and could practice today.

Answered prayers?
