AGH, so good. Thanks for sharing this with us. He is going to grow up not just feeling loved because his father told him so – but he’s going to get to see videos like this one and see just how much joy you took from getting to be a part of his story. Thanks for being that kind of dad.

Your words are so beautiful… Your love for your precious
son is also beautiful. Your love for him is reflected in the smile
on his face… Totally moved that you captured and shared such an
intimate moment of your life with us. You’re a great dad.

Missing my grandson, Jackson, in Michigan! This made me cry a little. His parents are amazing! They live in Lansing, MI and have a band called Theme and Variation. They also attend Riverview Church and are in the band. They remind me of you and Jessica. Jack is 10 months old and is the most amazing baby with the most loving parents EVER!

There may be many philosophies about raising kids, but what they really need is lots of love and time. Looks like you’ve got those for your cutie pie kiddo. That makes you a great dad.

:D

Beautiful beyond words! I believe that the early years with our kids is God’s amazing gift not only to parents, but to kids. For you see, it is only because of the memories of the joy they once brought me that I didn’t strangle them when they were teens! Believe me, when the prodigal young adult child comes home, it’s like looking in the eyes of that amazing 2 1/2 year-old all over again–overwhelming love and gratefulness.
