I leave tomorrow for Dominican Republic.

The other bloggers will join me on Monday.

Please check out the blogs of the five women who will be sharing this journey with me…Click on their picture to check out their blogs!

Amanda

Jessica (<-my beautiful wife!)

Andrea

Briana

Jill

Throughout next week, please be sure to check out all of these women’s blogs. Each of us will be posting at least once a day. Help us spread the word by sharing the posts. We’re praying that God helps us bring hope to a host of children who desperately need to experience some good news.

ANOTHER FRIEND I WANT to mention is Lisa Leonard. Lisa is a much talked-about and talented jewelry designer who you probably have heard about and if not, you soon will. She’s quickly becoming one of the “it” jewelry designers! Seriously, check out her site! Her jewelry is PERFECT for Mother’s Day! Husbands, your wives will LOVE Lisa’s stuff. So please, support what she’s doing! Why? Because Lisa is one of those talented people who gives back to causes she’s passionate about. And World Vision’s blogger trip to the DR is an event/ministry that Lisa graciously lent her creative genius to.  For this trip, Lisa has designed and donated a limited edition necklace called the Faith Hope & Amor necklace (<-see photo below).

Anybody who sponsors a child through World Vision, using THIS link, will receive one of these special edition necklaces from Lisa Leonard (**While supplies last.)

Also, Lisa donated 100 necklaces for us to take to the Dominican Republic to hand out to the moms and daughters we’ll meet while there! We thought this necklace would offer a very special reminder to these women that they are not alone, that people in the United States and Canada love them and are praying for them. So a HUGE thank you to Lisa for donating her time and talent to this cause!

AGAIN, if you’d like to help a needy child from the Dominican Republic experience faith hope & amor, sponsor a child through World Vision. Your support is so very appreciated. Thank you.

And please, help us spread the word!

The official Twitter hashtag is #WVinDR

So please, help us blog for hope!

Peace to you.
