Many of you know one of our commenters is “Alice.” Well, Alice was a student of mine; she wrote recently to say she and her husband Chuck were coming to Chicago; they invited Kris and me down to the City; we said, “Let’s eat at the Chicago Pizza and Oven Grinder.” Wow, it was great to see Alice after 15+ years and to meet Chuck and we had a great time catching up and chatting … and the pizza was awesome. One of a kind Chicago pizza in Lincoln Park, not far from the zoo.

Alice was one of our female students at TEDS who found their way into ministry, and not enough did, and she is now a teaching pastor at Orchard Hill Reformed Church in Waterloo IA.
