Love the analogy of a smooth Jazz drummer (sitting in back)…worst seat to sit from, but the best to listen from.
A jazz drummer has a unique vantage point: interacting with musicians on stage, while witnessing the response of the listening audience…spiritual formation perspective.
P.S. OJ on stage last pm with a Trumpet dance!
