Willie & Wynton

posted by Robert Gelinas

Nelson_marsalis  Willie Nelson and Wynton Marsalis recently released Two Men with the Blues.  Recorded live at the Lincoln center, this bluesy recording is worth the listen.  As you can see on the behind the scenes video, it's just fun.

Just a word of encouragement from the pew.
I see you as a man who God in His sovereign omnipotent wisdom unmistakably called to be a pastor. I appreciate your down to earth manor. I am thankful you are not a self aggrandizing big church preacher I am thankful that you are there. I appreciate the series on Romans 8:28. I would like to here an exposition on the whole book

I am like Joshua in Zachariah:3 a brand plucked out of the fire. My charred and dirty coating goes all the way through. I realize I deserve the darkest corner in Hell. But it’s by God’s grace I will not be there. I am anxious to here the LORD say one day Take away the filthy garments from him. And unto him he said, Behold, I have caused thine iniquity to pass from thee, and I will clothe thee with change of raiment.

A Ghost? Or Our God?   By Patricia Raybon It’s dark, cold and early. But I’m excited. On this morning, the most important thing I have to do is hear from God. And not just a little bit. I want to hear without limits. Isn’t that what we’re all saying today? That we want to be blessed by
