One of the oldest prophecy conferences in the world just wrapped up the 2013 gathering, in Tulsa, Oklahoma. It was great to see old friends. I am proud of them for continuing to teach this incredible message, especially in the face of continuing marginalization by the evangelical community.

Younger speakers and researchers like Paul Wilkinson of the UK, blended perfectly with established and credible teachers like Mark Hitchcock. I was also able to visit with Todd Strandberg, co-founder of RaptureReady (the world’s largest Bible prophecy website).

With the recent deaths of prophecy teachers Jack Kinsella, Ron Graham, and Dave Hunt, the Bible prophecy community is in a bit of a mourning phase. With the seemingly recent phenomenon we are experiencing regarding the downturn in Bible prophecy emphasis from large ministries and apologetics groups, it is even more important now that conferences like the Mid-America Prophecy Conference continue.

Look for others in the coming months, such as Lamb & Lion Ministries!
