One of the weapons anti-Israel leaders in the American Church use is the idea that “the Jews of Israel are not religious.” This is used as a reason not to support their right to dwell in their ancestral land.

It is one reason used, I should say. There are many others.

Theologically, these liberal voices—some of whom have slithered into the evangelical church undetected—decry what they say is the secular state of Israel.

Two things. The Lord Himself predicted numerous times (such as in Ezekiel 37) that His people would be returned to their land in the last days, and they would generally do so in unbelief.

This is but one proof that the Bible is true.

Secondly, the Jews are following exact trajectory put in place for them long ago. They are actually becoming spiritual on a vast scale.

This second point also confirms Ezekiel 37 and shows us once again that what we read in the Bible is what we see in the real world.

Think about that.
