What is Laughter? Share Your Thoughts for a New Book

posted by lbrockway

They say that laughter is the best medicine. It helps us heal, and keeps us light. It is a special elixir that brings vitality and a hopefulness.

potamkin.jpgAuthor Lexie Brockway Potamkin is working on her fifth book in her “What is…” series and invites readers to share their thoughts on What is Laughter?

If you would like to be considered for the book, please share: what laughter means to you, how it helps you in your daily
life, how it helps you through the rough patches and what laughter means to our
world.   Just answer the question, “What is Laughter?”

To be included in the book fill out this survey. It takes just a few minutes:

Here is what some Beliefnet readers shared:

Laughter is healing energy…

Laughter makes you stay
younger and look prettier

Llaughter is renewing ur soul!

Laughter is the best medicine for what ever is ailing you. When
I laugh things do brighten up and I slowly began to see things very differently.
It does depend on what you want your day to be–you
choose.

Laughter is the medicine of ”
Life.”

Laughter is the spontaneous eruption of
joy.  It is the zing in
life!
