Bobbi Kristina Brown, the daughter of the late Whitney Houston, died Sunday at the age of 22. On June 24, the family announced that Bobbi Kristina would be moved to a hospice facility due to her continuing deteriorating condition.

There are many suspicions that shadow the young 22-year-old’s death. Nick Gordon, who was taken in by Whitney Houston when he was 12-years-old was raised alongside Bobbi Kristina has been considered as a suspect my many. In 2013, Bobbi Kristina and Gordon announced their engagement despite being raised as brother and sister. While several reports claimed that the couple had married, it was later confirmed that they were indeed never legally wed. Police were called to the Brown’s home on January 23 and that is when Bobbi Kristina was found in a bathtub. She immediately was rushed to the hospital where she underwent several surgeries.

Later, rumors and allegations surfaced accusing Gordon of foul play and having something to do with the accident. It is also alleged that Gordon stole more than $11,000 from Bobbi Kristina’s bank accounts while she was in a medically induced coma and later placed on life support in the neuro intensive care unit.

Bobbi Kristina’s aunt, Pat Houston, and her father Bobby Brown were in charge of making decisions while she was under life support. In a statement Bobby Brown stated, “I am making decisions with Pat Houston and we are working together for the medical care of my daughter. Right now we are focused on Bobbi Kristina’s medical prognosis and the criminal investigation. These are the priorities for us. Whoever had a hand in causing my daughter’s injuries needs to be brought to justice.”
