Registration Starts Today Monday, July 14 at Oprah.com/meditation

Oprah Winfrey and Deepak Chopra announced the launch of their latest, all-new meditation experience “Expanding Your Happiness,” which is open for registration starting today at www.Oprah.com/meditation.  The free 21-day meditation experience, which begins on Monday, August 11, will serve as a powerful and invigorating spark to create life-changing happiness in your life.

Happiness is the goal of all other goals,” says Dr. Deepak Chopra, world-renowned author and pioneer in mind-body medicine.  “If you seek happiness first you will find yourself achieving success, creating meaningful relationships, making healthy choices and tapping into higher consciousness.”

Expanding Your Happiness,” voiced by Oprah and Deepak Chopra, offers an audio meditation each day and a series of thought-provoking reflection questions designed to anchor the teachings, which are easily accessible from a mobile phone, tablet, or computer.  Through a private, interactive journal feature, meditators are able to record and view their progress, giving them an invaluable picture of their personal growth and development.

What participants can expect out of the 21-Day Meditation Experience, Expanding Your Happiness:

Week One- Begin to connect with the wisdom and awareness found in inner silence, the ground state from which happiness springs.

Week Two- Learn how to deepen into the experience of silence, using that new awareness to become fully conscious of your energy, as you experience and expand your connection to the inner well spring of joy within.

Week Three- Step into your true happiness, living and feeling the profound peace, playful exhilaration and authentic joy you have come to know.

The popular online offering “Oprah & Deepak’s 21-Day Meditation Experience” is co-produced by Harpo Studios and The Chopra Center, and inspired by popular OWN programs, which connects members of its core community to the benefits of regularly practiced meditation.  Over 2.6 million people in over 200 countries participated in Oprah and Deepak’s past meditation experiences: Creating Abundance, Perfect Health, Miraculous Relationships, Desire & Destiny and Finding Your Flow.
