Oprah Winfrey and Deepak Chopra Launch Sixth All – New Meditation Experience ‘Expanding Your Happiness’

Oprah Winfrey and Deepak Chopra announced the launch of their latest, all-new meditation experience “Expanding Your Happiness,” which is open for registration starting today at  The free 21-day meditation experience, which begins on Monday, August 11, will serve as a powerful and invigorating spark to create life-changing happiness in your life.


Happiness is the goal of all other goals,” says Dr. Deepak Chopra, world-renowned author and pioneer in mind-body medicine.​  “If you seek happiness first you will find yourself achieving success, creating meaningful relationships, making healthy choices and tapping into higher consciousness.”

Expanding Your Happiness,” voiced by Oprah and Deepak Chopra, offers an audio meditation each day and a series of thought-provoking reflection questions designed to anchor the teachings, which are easily accessible from a mobile phone, tablet, or computer.  Through a private, interactive journal feature, meditators are able to record and view their progress, giving them an invaluable picture of their personal growth and development.


What participants can expect out of the 21-Day Meditation Experience, Expanding Your Happiness:
