“Son of God” DHD Set for Release

The film “Son of God” left a lasting impression on audiences with its visual effects and the epic story of Jesus Christ’s life. Created by Mark Burnett and wife Roma Downey, the film was the first motion picture on the life of Jesus since Mel Gibson’s “Passion of the Christ” in 2004.

The film has a moving orchestral score, and with much anticipation from the faith crowd, is
now available on DigitalHD. The release will be packed with interviews, bloopers, extras, and comments from religious leaders.

Downey said as filmakers, they wanted to make the movie spectacular in a visual way.

“We’ve been called to spread the gospel,” Downey told USA Today. “We understand that this is something people would like to have in their home, to be available at any moment, in the same way people have an actual Bible in their home.”

Become a part of the phenomenon that captivated the nation! Son Of God is now
available on Digital HD and Blu-ray and DVD June 3rd.
