Documentary Follows Real Life Heroes of Afghanistan

Father and son journalists Mike and Carlos Boettcher follow U.S. troops through bloody battles of Afghanistan for a single day strike that turned into a nine day fight for their lives.

The documentary “The Hornet’s Nest” will be released in theaters nationwide on May 23, chronicling soldiers on this gut-wrenching journey on dangerous terrain, with invisible enemies.

Freighting gun fire and roadside bombings details what our military deal with in war. People will see life on the frontlines of our Marines giving them a voice.

“All those soldiers and Marines want is for their story to be told, for the American public to know what they are going through day in and day out, and I committed to doing that.” Mike told CBS New York.
