Recycle Foam Peanuts

foampeanuts* Pour peanuts into the base of large planters to help aerate the soil, flow of water and also to lighten the pot.
* Pack them in sealed plastic jugs to make buoy markers on trout lines.
* Fill droopy beanbag chairs with all those foam peanuts. Stuff them in!

    I save mine in plastic garbage bags, when the bag’s full, take it to my local UPS store.. a lot better than taking it to the landfil.

    The peanuts work great in pot, until you need to empty the pot to replant with new potting medium, then you hve to pick them out of the soil dumped! We swore we would not do that again!
