When you look in the eyes of a puppy dog, what do you see?

Do you see unconditional love, beauty, connection, affection? Is it part of you or are you separate from it?

What do you see within you?

Idea of separation.
Fear of separation (separation-anxiety).
Past trauma and fear it will be repeated.
Old history and stories and beliefs about the world.
Limited identity.

Is this who you are?

Individual consciousness, mind.
Ideas.
Spreading illusion.
Self-concept.
Anger.
Disappointment.
Hatred of self.
Hatred of others.
Insecurity.
Masks.

All stories. We think (many thoughts). Are thoughts real?

All play.

All actors playing roles.

We’re actually ONE composite entity, and this entity is love.

Pretending to be something is painful.

This is your TRUE SELF:

Limitless.
Connection to all.
The flower of life.
Unity of every part.
Every part reflecting each other.
Magnified love.

We play and have played many roles, victim-perpetrator, brother-sister, mother, father, warmonger-peacemaker. Many notes in the symphony we are. We are the music and the musician. We are all that we are. I AM THAT I AM. And so it is. The mirror is love.

Relax. Breathe in, breathe out. Release.
THANK YOU.
