Ultimately, you want to be healthy, happy and successful.
The challenge is how do you achieve this spiritually, mentally, emotionally, physically and financially?
You only have so many hours in the day and your time is so valuable.
How you spend it is critical to actualize your potential.
The world is so full and offers many choices.
There is so much happening all the time and you can be literally bombarded by all of the information sent your way. Also, there can be many demands placed on you at home, work and in the world.
Where you give your energy and resources is totally up to you.
The priorities you establish become your focus of attention.
Your beliefs and values color and dictate your choices, decisions and actions.
They determine the quality of your life.
Warren Buffett is one of the richest men in the world and has achieved great success. His father shared with him that you can live your life based on the outer scorecard and the things that other people think about you or how the world see you. Or you can live your life based on your own inner scorecard and the things that are most important to you for your own happiness and success.
The most important person you communicate with is yourself
Deep down inside you, you know what is best for you and what your true potential is.
Are you asking yourself these important questions and are you willing to follow your truth and dreams.
What is your purpose for being here?
What is it that you want to contribute to this world?
What is your highest potential?
Write down on paper what you really want and how you will accomplish it.
You cannot achieve success or true greatness if you are not willing to put in the time, energy and dedication on a consistent basis. There is no such thing as an overnight success. You have to build and develop yourself into a quality person to express your inner potential and greatness. No one can do it for you, no computer program will make it happen. The secret is inside of you and you have the power, ability and talent to make it real in the world……your world.
In sports, Michael Jordan is one of the greatest athletes of the past 50 years. What I find fascinating is his beliefs and values. His determination, persistence, work ethic is extraordinary. Michael stopped comparing himself to others and focused on how he can improve himself every day and be the best he can be. He looked at consistent game excellence every game, instead of having an excellent game sometime.
According to the Natural Laws, this is being creative vs. being competitive. You can always compete with yourself, to grow, develop and be better. Whenever you compare yourself to others, the ego always gets involved and you or others always come up short. There is enough for everyone. This is an abundant universe. No one else can do what you are here to do. You are a unique, incredible being!
Life is precious. Time goes by so quickly. Make the most of your blessings and gifts.
Discover your heroic mission, your truth and just do it.
Remember, you can have anything you want in life as long as you do not violate the rights of others.
All things are possible….spread the word….there is GOLD DUST in the air!

There was a young woman who had been diagnosed with a terminal illness and had been given three months to live. So as she was getting her things 'in order,' she contacted her Rabbi and had him come to her house to discuss certain aspects of her final wishes. She told him which songs she wanted sung at the service, what scriptures she would like read, and what outfit she wanted to be buried in. Everything was in order and the Rabbi was preparing to leave when the young woman suddenly remembered something very important to her.
'There's one more thing,' she said excitedly. 'What's that?' came the Rabbi’s reply. 'This is very important,' the young woman continued.. 'I want to be buried with a fork in my right hand.' The Rabbi stood looking at the young woman, not knowing quite what to say. 'That surprises you, doesn't it?' the young woman asked.' Well, to be honest, I'm puzzled by the request,' said the Rabbi.
The young woman explained. 'My grandmother once told me this story and from that time on I have always tried to pass along its message to those I love and those who are in need of encouragement. In all my years of attending socials and dinners, I always remember that when the dishes of the main course were being cleared, someone would inevitably lean over and say,'Keep your fork.' It was my favorite part because I knew that something better was coming...like velvety chocolate cake or deep-dish apple pie.. 'Something wonderful, and with substance!'
'So, I just want people to see me there in that casket with a fork in my hand and I want them to wonder' What's with the fork?' Then I want you to tell them: 'Keep your fork ..the best is yet to come.'
The Rabbi's eyes welled up with tears of joy as he hugged the young woman good-bye. He knew this would be one of the last times he would see her before her death. But he also knew that the young woman had a better grasp of heaven than he did. She had a better grasp of what heaven would be like than many people twice her age, with twice as much experience and knowledge. She KNEW that something better was coming.
At the funeral people were walking by the young woman's casket and they saw the cloak she was wearing and the fork placed in her right hand. Over and over, the Rabbi heard the question, 'What's with the fork?' And over and over he smiled.
During his message, the Rabbi told the people of the conversation he had with the young woman shortly before she died. He also told them about the fork and about what it symbolized to her. He told the people how he could not stop thinking about the fork and told them that they probably would not be able to stop thinking about it either.
He was right. So the next time you reach down for your fork let it remind you, ever so gently, that the best is yet to come.
Friends are a very rare jewel, indeed. They make you smile and encourage you to succeed.
Cherish the time you have, and the memories you share. Being friends with someone is not an opportunity but a sweet responsibility.
And keep your fork!

From “Keep Going” by Joseph M. Marshall III
“Life gives and life takes,” the old man said. “Life takes our time, and every day is one day closer to the end of our journey on this Earth. It takes our efforts, our sweat, our best intentions, our noblest ideals, dreams and sacrifices…and still demands more. Then it throws obstacles in our path, surprises, disappointments, indifference, confusion, doubt and heartaches.
Yet life does give us much more than the obvious. If we can learn to look back on the difficulties we have known, whether old or new, then we have moved past them, at least in time. That we are looking back at a tough experience from the perspective of the present moment means we have survived it. The experience may have taken a toll, as difficulties do, but whatever our losses may have been, we have survived.
Survival is victory because we know, or we are reminded, that it is possible. The experience, the difficulty, has taught us, or reminded us that we can be strong.
Life can be, and too often is, a series of tough times and tough issues that seem to do nothing more than keep us from achieving satisfaction and finding happiness. And, understandably, we are concerned with whatever we fail to accomplish. Unfortunately, that prevents us from realizing that we may be gaining something else – something more unexpected.”
Everything happens for a reason and a purpose and it serves us.
There is something to be learned from every person or situation.
Even with an apparent loss, there is a gain.
Life can give you strength.
