Every day you deal with major and minor issues, concerns and situations. You are challenged every moment to give your best. Each moment you have a choice of what you are going to do or say and how you are going to do or say it.
Either you use your energy and resources to inspire, encourage, uplift and heal or you attack, take and destroy. There is no in between. You are either helping or hurting. Your words, energy and actions speak volumes. So, before you say or do something you will regret – take a moment to be present and make sure it is appropriate and what you truly want to do. Once you say or do something you cannot take it back.
The key principles of life demonstrate their greatest value when you are faced with major challenges. It is in these moments your courage, determination and commitment are tested to follow these principles properly.
In our new world of instant communication and emails, it is amazing how many people use emails and texts for important relationship issues. Email and texts are great for simple things, but they do not convey tone, body language, eye contact and other features that are much more powerful to create quality communication and rapport. When something important needs to be communicated, pick up the phone or to go meet with that person face to face. You both deserve it.
Under pressure the tendency is to attack, control and dominate or to shut down, run and hide – these are actually fear based behaviors. It requires awareness, clarity and balance to come from a place of fairness. appropriateness and compassion. There is enough for everyone and every situation can be discussed and resolved nicely. It is a conscious choice.
“The quality of my life is directly related to the quality of my communication, with myself first and then with others.”
Wishing you the divine plan of your life, under grace and in perfect ways.

From Roy Eugene Davis:
“You are the light. Feel that your mind is flooded with light. Superconsciousness influences mental processes constructively resisting, restraining and dissolving destructive drives and tendencies rooted in the deeper level of mind. From now on all impulses that arise in your mind will be entirely constructive as will be your attitudes and thoughts. Visualize your mind illumined, made radiant by the light of you. You as soul, you are the light.
Let your meditative calm and superconscious awareness flood the body contributing to ever deeper relaxation, strengthening of the body’s immune system, slowing of biological aging processes, awakening of regenerative forces, balancing of all flows of force and energy and regulating the activities of all organs, glands and systems. Let you body be vitalized, spiritualized.
Accept physical wellness as natural. Accept the ideal of flawless mental function as natural. Accept the ideal of emotional maturity as natural. Accept the ideal of harmonious and supportive relationships in your life as natural. Accept the ideal of prosperity and success in all worthwhile ventures as natural.
Extend your awareness a little bit, acknowledge the universe in which you dwell and that the universe is consciousness in expression. You are part of the universe. You are involved with universal processes, therefore, now that you are relaxed and centered and open the universe supports you fully. All of your needs are met easily. All of your legitimate desires are fulfilled without effort.
Feel yourself to be on your right course in life, even if your way is not clear before you, feel confident that you are in your right place in harmony with the rhythms and flows of nature and doors will opens, events will unfold, circumstances will be presented to confirm your conviction, your realization.
Acknowledge all people with love and goodwill bless them and wish them well.
Be happy, be thankful.
Om Peace, Amen.”

From The I Ching, by Brian Browne Walker:
The I Ching teaches there are two kinds of enthusiasm: one leads to misfortune, and one leads to success. You can proceed with confidence now if your enthusiasm is properly founded.
Improper enthusiasm is fueled by the desires of the ego. People often desire recognition, wealth, power, or freedom from difficulty. Such desires can become so great that we will do anything to achieve them. Our energy rises as we wildly pursue our goal, but this unruly and egotistical enthusiasm inevitably leads us into incorrect and imbalanced behavior and into misfortune.
Proper enthusiasm, on the other hand, is fueled by a devotion to attaining and expressing inner balance and inner truth. When your aim is not to influence others or to satisfy your ego but to follow the guidance of the Higher Power in all that you do, you acquire another kind of energy: a balanced and bottomless eagerness for living in step with what is right and good. In this there is true power and true grace.
Striving out of your ego now will only push you further away from your goals. Seek to follow proper principles: keep to what is innocent, correct and kind and the Creative will come to your aid. The path of truth is always the path of least resistance.
Find your path of least resistance and express your inner truth by living in step with what is right and good. This is your quickest and most powerful way to achieve success in all areas.
