Have a Magnificent Day!

Your Colorful Self

posted by The MEGA Coach

A friend shared a great quote with me recently from Woody Allen.
80% of success is showing up!”

This is your life and it is definitely not a dress rehearsal.
This is it.  This moment is all you have.
Are you giving it your best?

It does not matter what your situation or circumstances are.
It does not matter what you finances are, your age, sex, religion, nationality, etc.

All that matters is what is in your heart, what you want to create and your level of belief and commitment.  Just by “showing up” you are already on your way to success.

The Game of Life can be very challenging at times.
It can bring you down to your knees and humble you big time.
Regardless of the challenge and where you are right now, you can transform and create success.

There is always hope. The question is do you believe?
Will you let go of the negative and accentuate the positive?
Will you give yourself a chance for a new moment, a new reality?

All things are possible. The good that you have been seeking has been seeking you!
Will you let go of the old and open your mind and heart to something new?
Will you open your mind to health, joy, success and prosperity?

You have to be committed to give yourself a chance to succeed.
You have to be invested in yourself with your energy.
You have to “own your power” and be “all in.”

Energy is so important to making things happen.
Everything in the universe is made out of energy and it takes energy to create what you want.
You must have enough energy to transcend any limitation.
So raise your energy and move forward in the direction of your dream.

Start acknowledging the positive things, people, situations or circumstances in this moment.
Be thankful for whatever you have, even if it is only one thing.
Start where you are, with what you have and do what you can.
Take life one moment at a time. Be present and stay present and focus on the good at hand.

Life presents you with a choice every moment.
Listen to your intuition and choose the highest and best outcome available.
You can make your dream happen.
Are you willing to go the distance?

Monkey See, Monkey Do

posted by The MEGA Coach

What a fascinating world we live in now.
Certainly these are interesting times.
It is a marvel of technology, cell phones, iPads, notebooks, laptops, computers and flatscreens.

How does it all work?
What about all of these people and things you have to deal with?
How do you keep balanced and focused in a healthy way?
How do you find a job, a relationship and a place to live.

How do you handle all of the emails, text messages, phone calls, videos, movies, magazines, newspapers, advertisements and demands that you receive every day in this technology and information age?

Have you noticed that you learn from the example of those around you?
By the age of three you are already programmed with your basic patterns of behavior and core beliefs.
The people and environments that you spend your time with greatly impact your quality of life.
It’s monkey see, monkey do.

Look around you and observe the people in your life.
What do they think, feel, say and do?
What are their values and level of health, joy and fulfillment?

Do you notice that most people complain a great deal about their lives?
How often do the people you spend time with complain about their health, finances, relationships, families, homes, cars, jobs, businesses, past or future?  Now tell the truth, how often do you complain about these things in your life?

When you look at the way of the world around you, how much time and energy do people invest into complaining?  The truth is that complaining destroys your life.  It is a negative use of your creative energy.  What happens when you focus your energy and attention on complaining and negative things?
What do you attract?

Take a good look and let it in.  Just observe what is happening.
Now you can see clearly why you feel the way you feel and why you have the results you have in your life.  So if you want to shift your reality and outcomes then you must stop complaining and stop the negative self-talk.
Focus your thoughts, words, feelings and actions on positive things.

Most important, notice how much of life you resist.
This is a huge waste of your energy and source of your challenges, because what you resist, persists.

When you let life be the way it is, let yourself be the way you are, let others be the way they are and let the world and circumstances be the way they are, you come into the present moment.   The present moment can only be the way it is. When you allow life to be the way it is, magic happens.  People feel comfortable around you, you feel comfortable around you.

What would happen if you allow yourself to experiment with this information and check out what you do and what people around you do and just observe life without judgment.
Discover your own truth and see what happens.

Something wonderful might happen….
It’s always up to you!

Improving the World Starts with You!

posted by The MEGA Coach

From the I Ching by Brian Browne Walker:

“All clans and families must have a superior person at their center if they are to prosper and succeed.
Therefore, in order to improve your family, company, nation or world community, YOU must begin by improving yourself.

If you observe healthy families you will always see present in them three qualities:
love, faithfulness and correctness.

When we truly love others, we are naturally kind, gentle and patient with them.
When we are faithful to others, we place proper principles and conduct above temporary influences like anger, desire or greed.  When we practice correctness, we spiritually nourish ourselves and all those around us.  When all three qualities are cultivated, a healthy clan springs naturally into place.

The difference between paying lip service to these ideals and practicing them is profound.
If you advocate high ideals and actions to others but do not embody them yourself,
your influence will disintegrate for lack of proper foundation.
Therefore, in order to inspire superior qualities in others, you must first instill them in yourself.

When modesty, acceptance, equanimity and gentleness become deeply ingrained in your character,
they will flow steadily outward from you.  Soon you find yourself enmeshed in a web of healthy relationships, and in this there is great good fortune.

In the very center of each of us there dwells an innocent and divine spirit.
If we allow ourselves to be guided by it in every situation, we can never go wrong.”

The I Ching is a wonderful living, breathing oracle, a patient and all-seeing teacher.
With a sincere approach, it will guide you to prosperity, understanding and peace of mind.

blessings,

What a Wonderful World This Could Be!

posted by The MEGA Coach

Can you remember when you were creative and curious like a child?
Do you remember being so excited about life and the many new wonders you were discovering each day?  Can you remember having fun and being playful?

What would happen if you brought this level of enthusiasm and energy into your life now?
What would happen if you expect wonderful things to happen now?
What if life really is a dashing, bold adventure?

You came into life with such an open attitude and desire to learn and explore.
By continuing to observe and learn from life, you allow life to happen.
The mind is like a parachute, it works best when it is open.

Life is 80% attitude and 20% aptitude.
Do you have a positive and open attitude?
What would happen if you did now?
You attract wonderful things in life to you based on your thoughts, feelings and actions.

Do you also know that attitude is altitude?
How high is the quality of your life now?
Are you experiencing joy and fulfillment spiritually, mentally, emotionally, physically and financially?

Your life is what you make it and it does not depend on the circumstances.
It depends on your attitude, energy, faith, commitment and consistent actions.
What are your key beliefs and values?

What is your definition of success, does it include the Golden Rule?
Is it a healthy and appropriate definition?
How can you be successful and still maintain your values and proper principles?

True success is not really quantifiable, but what is quantifiable is service.
How can you be of service to your family, your friends, your team, your business, your community and your country?

Be clear you are the SOURCE of your life.
Anything is possible, especially when you believe.
Having a positive mental attitude and following proper principles are keys to creating a wonderful life.

MAKE IT AN INCREDIBLE DAY!
