Have a Magnificent Day!

Ultimately, we want to be healthy, happy and successful.  How do we achieve this spiritually, mentally, emotionally, physically and financially in all areas of our life?

Meditation is a wise choice and good place to start.  Meditation transforms us on all levels, which transforms the world.

We each have 24 hours in the day and our time is valuable and in demand.  How we spend it and where we focus our energy is critical to actualize our full, creative potential.

The world offers many choices and distractions.  We are bombarded by a great deal of information and energy sent our way in this technological age.  Many demands are placed on us at home, work and in our community.  Balance and harmony are important qualities and rare in today’s rapid, multi-tasking pace.

Where we focus and invest our energy and resources is a free choice every moment.
The priorities and boundaries we establish become our focus of attention.  Beliefs and values color and dictate our choices, decisions and actions.  We determine the quality of our life with co-creative abilities.  This is a cause/effect universe.  What we give is what we receive.

The most important person we communicate with is our self.  When we are not clear what happens when we interact with others?  It is wise to look within.  Deep down inside, we know what is best for us.

Important questions:
Who am I?
What am I?
What is my purpose for being here?
What do I want to contribute to this world?
What is my highest potential?

Write down what you want and how you will accomplish it on paper.  We cannot achieve success or true greatness if we are not willing to put in the time, energy and dedication.  There is no such thing as an overnight success in developing and expressing our inner potential and greatness.  No one can do it for another person, no computer program or app will make it happen.  The secret is inside of each of us and we have the power, ability and talent to make it real in the world.

Have you noticed the difference between being creative vs. being competitive?  We can choose to compete with ourselves, to grow, develop and be better.  The trick is not to judge oneself in the process or others.  When we compare ourselves to someone else, the ego is involved and we or them always come up short. It is a waste of energy.

There is actually no one to compete with.  Be the best you can be every moment and stop comparing yourself to others.  You are unique and one of a kind.  No one else can do exactly what you are here to do.

Life is precious.  Make the most of your blessings and gifts.
Discover your heroic mission, your truth and go for it.

We can have anything we want in life as long as we do not violate the rights of others.
All things are possible.
