Life is easy when its easy.
Life is challenging when it is challenging.
Life is what it is.

Do you have any control over life or what happens every second?
Of course not.

Do you have control over how you respond?
Yes, always!

Do you have the choice to respond rather than react?
Yes, always!

What about your preferences?
Do you prefer that life is easy and that things go your way?
Or do you prefer challenges?
What is your strategy?
Do you move towards positive goals more or move away from pain?

How often does life go the way you want without real effort and participation on your part?
If everything was so easy, how much would you really grow?
How well would you learn your important life lessons without the challenges, obstacles and pain?
Would you want to play a game of golf if every time you hit a hole in one?

Life is what it is.
On planet earth there is much to deal with spiritually, mentally, emotionally, physically and financially.  Have you noticed that you have to take care of all these aspects in your health, relationships and work every day?  How easy is it to simultaneously spin all of these plates without dropping any?

Is being successful every moment and creating a balanced, healthy and successful life easy?
How many people do you know who have achieved self-actualization and enlightenment?
If you know the formula and key ingredients you have a good start and a better chance to succeed.
Asking the right questions with an open mind, spirit and attitude is vital.

Now the real question….are you willing to give your best effort and energy?
Are you willing to do this every moment in every situation.
Are you totally responsible for your life?

This is the Game of Life.
It is simple but not easy.
You are born into this game and not even given an owner’s manual.
But you are blessed with infinite potential and whatever resources you need to succeed.

Life is precious.

Make the most out of it.  It is in giving that we receive.
Give the best you have to give every moment.

Have a wonderful and prosperous week!

smiles,
