Have a Magnificent Day!

AbracadabraWe are Spiritual Beings having a human experience on earth.  We have a body, mind and spirit and yet, we are not our body.

We are created out of the original energy of the universe and we have co-creative ability.  Everything in the universe is made of energy, so energy must have a spiritual component.

Thoughts/beliefs connect with emotions or feelings and become words, plans, actions, experience and results in the physical world.  It all starts with a thought/belief or idea.  Just ask Walt Disney!

Be conscious of the power of the spoken word; a wise person chooses their words carefully and appropriately for the good of all concerned.  We create our reality with our words and actions.  Once something comes out of our mouth it can never be taken back, so make sure to use your words to inspire, uplift and encourage others.

Do you listen and observe your self-talk?  Your self-talk is the voice that always talks to you.  You can choose the positive information and program your brain.

“It is a well known fact that one comes, finally, to BELIEVE whatever one repeats to one’s self, whether the statement be true or false.  If a man repeats a lie over and over, he will eventually accept the lie as truth.  Moreover, he will BELIEVE it to be the truth.  Every man is what he is, because of the DOMINATING THOUGHTS which he permits to occupy his mind.
Whatever the mind can conceive and believe, it can achieve.”
Napoleon Hill

Take a few days and pay attention, listen to your own self-talk and the specific things to tell yourself.  Are you being an excellent coach?

If you want a positive shift in your life stop all complaining in your head, words and actions for 24 hours.

Bring your awareness to what you are focusing your thoughts and energy on during your day and you will see exactly where your life is.  It is the Power of Acknowledgement in action.

Have a wonderful and prosperous day!

smiles,
