Why Are We Here?

posted by The MEGA Coach

your vision is inside youUltimately, we all want to be healthy, happy and successful.

How do we achieve this spiritually, mentally, emotionally, physically and financially?  Meditation is a wise choice and place to start.  It transforms our life and consciousness on all levels and transforms the world.

We each have only so many hours in the day and our time is so valuable and in demand.  How we spend it and where we focus our energy is critical to actualize our full, creative potential.

The world offers many choices and distractions.  There is so much happening and we can be bombarded by all of the information sent our way in this technological age.

There are many demands placed on us at home, work and in our community.  Balance and harmony are important qualities.

Where we give our energy and resources is totally up to each of us.  The priorities and boundaries we establish become our focus of attention.  Our beliefs and values color and dictate our choices, decisions and actions.  We each determine the quality of our life.

The most important person we communicate with is our self!  If we are not clear what happens when we interact with others?

Deep down inside, we each know what is best for us.
Are we asking the important questions?

Who am I?
What am I?
What is my purpose for being here?
What is it I want to contribute to this world?
What is my highest potential?

Write down what you want and how you will accomplish it on paper.  We cannot achieve success or true greatness if we are not willing to put in the time, energy and dedication on a consistent basis.  There is no such thing as an overnight success.  We have to develop and express our inner potential and greatness.  No one can do it for another person, no computer program will make it happen.  The secret is inside of each of us and we have the power, ability and talent to make it real in the world.

Have you noticed the difference from being creative vs. being competitive?  We can always compete with our self, to grow, develop and be better.  Whenever we compare ourselves to someone else, the ego gets involved and we or them always come up short.  There is no one to compete with.  Be the best you can be every moment and stop comparing yourself to others.  Each of us is one of a kind.  No one else can do exactly what you are here to do. You are a unique, incredible being!

Life is precious.  Make the most of your blessings and gifts.  Discover your heroic mission, your truth and go for it.

Remember, we can have anything we want in life as long as we do not violate the rights of others.  All things are possible.

smiles,
:) Lee

How Do You Learn?
Good information from Dennis Waitley: "In a way, human beings behave like bees.  If you place several bees in an open-ended bottle and lay the bottle on its side with the base toward a light source, the bees will repeatedly fly to the bottle bottom toward the light. It never occurs to them to

The Fern and the Bamboo
A wonderful story and metaphor: One day I decided to quit…I quit my job, my relationship, my spirituality.  I wanted to quit my life.  I went to the woods to have one last talk with God. “God”, I said.  “Can you give me one good reason not to quit?”  His answer surprised me.
