This moment is a clean slate – a blank canvas ready to be painted.  Start fresh right now.

The present moment is ours to create.  Whatever happened in the past is gone.  It is over and done with.  It helped us grow and brought us to this moment and place in our lives.

When we choose to live in the past and replay our past experiences over and over, we miss the new, wonderful opportunities of the present moment.  By living in the moment and being present, we create our life the way we truly want it to be.

There is a big difference between thinking about how we want our life to be and taking action and creating the feeling and experience of it right now in our lives.  Fully associate with it.  How would you be feeling, what would you be saying to yourself, what specifically would it look like?

“Go confidently in the direction of your dreams.  Live the life you have imagined.”
