“Change your thoughts if you wish to change your circumstances.  Since you alone are responsible for your thoughts, only you can change them.  You will want to change them when you realize each thought creates according to its own nature.  Remember the law works at all times and you are always demonstrating according to the kind of thoughts you habitually entertain.  Therefore, start now to think only those thoughts that will bring you health and happiness.

Thinking, reading and repeating statements of truth with a deep attention will help to clear away negation and to establish a positive attitude in your mind.  Repeat your prayers and affirmations with deep concentration until you establish a habit of thought, until it becomes as natural for you to think in the right way as it previously was for you to think negatively.”

Read a little, meditate more, think about God all the time.
