Have a Magnificent Day!

human heart

Life is quite simple when you live and love from your heart.  After all, it is difficult, if not impossible to have a relationship with someone in your head?

When you feel loved is it an actual feeling or is it a thought?  Have you discovered your own strategies for feeling loved?  Have you discovered your partners strategies for feeling loved?

Don’t you agree that all relationships require love, care and encouragement to grow and thrive?  Doesn’t true communication require being present and active listening?  When you give yourself and your relationships these qualities, you are watering your victory garden.

We all need nurturing.  People are so much more sensitive then they like to admit.  Most adults are just little kids in big bodies  We are like the beautiful flowers in nature’s garden.  We need sun, water and fertile soil to grow.  We want to be loved.

A friend shared the following profound quote with me:

“We are not responding to this instant if we are judging any aspect of it.
The ego looks for what to criticize.
This always involves comparing with the past.
But love looks upon the world peacefully and accepts.
The ego searches for shortcomings and weaknesses.
Love watches for any sign of strength.
It sees how far each one has come and not how far he has to go.
How simple it is to love, and exhausting it is always to find fault,
for every time we see a fault we think something needs to be done about it.
Love knows that nothing is ever needed but more love.
It is what we all do with our hearts that affects others most deeply.
It is not the movements of our body or the words within our mind that transmits love.
We love from heart to heart.”
