Keep It Light!

Hummingbirds are incredible creatures.  They can hover in mid-air by flapping their wings 12 to 90 times per second and they are the only bird capable of flying backwards.  Hummingbirds weigh less than a ping pong ball.

Hummingbirds teach us important lessons.  It is wise to keep it light!  Enlightenment gives you a definite clue in the very center of the word.  Make sure that you are light at your center.

It is easy to let situations, circumstances, relationships and things in life get you down.  Our culture tends to become attached to “things” and to worry about the future or even live in the past.  By keeping things light and staying in the present moment, you are much more likely to be healthy, happy and successful.

My teacher and good friend, Michael Wyman used to say, “Don’t take life to seriously because you will never get out of it alive!  Take a few deep breathes and let it all go.  Have fun and lighten up.

Observe the people around you who are the most joyous, healthy, happy and successful.  You will notice that they keep it light and do not tend to worry about little things.  After all, why worry because it will probably never happen.  Scientists have proven that less than 6% of all of your fears ever happen, so give it up and let go.

The more present you are, the more aware you are and the less you think or worry.  It is a powerful, healthy and resourceful place to be.  That is why the present is a gift.

Keep it real.
Keep it clear.
Let it flow.

Have a wonderful and prosperous day!

smiles,
:) Lee

Grasp The Opportunity
“Your success in life does not altogether depend upon natural ability; it also depends upon determination to grasp the opportunity that is presented to you.  Opportunities in life come by creation, not by chance.  They are either created now, or were created at some time in the recent past, or t

The Dalai Lama - Our Prime Purpose
It is in giving when we truly receive and open our hearts.  A good way to transform a negative or challenging situation around is by giving and forgiving.  We are all spiritual beings in human form and we all make mistakes. One of our lessons here is to learn to forgive ourselves and others
