Have a Magnificent Day!

Gradual Development

posted by The MEGA Coach

Small steps add up to be big improvements one step at a time.  Be patient and supportive of yourself and allow life to be the way it is.  Make a small change every day and take consistent action.  You will enjoy significant growth in 30 days.

Little things don’t mean a lot, they mean everything.”

Acknowledge even the smallest wins, acts of kindness or good things.  By acknowledging, recognizing and appreciating the small wins you gain momentum.  As you gain momentum your belief, faith, energy and enthusiasm grow.  This raises your vibration and increases your vitality and energy.

In turn, this gives you more self-confidence and self-esteem.  Your expectations expand and you become a magnet for success.  Make sure that your self-talk or self-acknowledgement is positive, nurturing, encouraging and consistent.  If you do not take care of yourself and program your mind, who will?

Consistency, like a steady, gentle wind blowing in the same direction creates long term change.  Gradual, steady growth and progress is the best way for lasting success.

You can give your full effort and go total without a reckless or unbalanced approach.  If your effort or energy is out of control it is a clue to take a few breaths and center.  Balance, focus and consistent action creates long term growth and success.  Be appropriate to the moment.

Awareness is very important to a healthy process.
Learn to observe and be present without attachment or judging.
Listen to your intuition and let it guide you.

With time, patience and consistency you are guaranteed to succeed.
Failure is impossible unless you quit.
It is not about how fast you succeed, it is about the quality of how you succeed.

Remember to enjoy the journey.

smiles,
:) Lee

The Fern and the Bamboo
A wonderful story and metaphor: One day I decided to quit…I quit my job, my relationship, my spirituality.  I wanted to quit my life.  I went to the woods to have one last talk with God. “God”, I said.  “Can you give me one good reason not to quit?”  His answer surprised me.
