Here is a powerful fact. Feeling guilty or blaming yourself or anyone else only sticks you and them to that very place and pattern. A wise friend of mine, Ariel Kane, once said, “The definition of guilt is when you do what you want and then beat yourself up anyway.”
The best thing you can do is let go, forgive yourself and anyone else involved.
It was the best you were able to do at that time so stop holding on to the past and just let go now.
Life is a process that is constantly unfolding every moment.
Allow the moment and life to be the way it is right now.
Allow yourself and others the grace to be the way they are right now.
Practice being aware and being present in each and every moment.
Acknowledge what you see, sense and feel because it is your true experience.
There are lessons for you to learn and experiences for you to experience.
There are no coincidences.
You are here to actualize your full, creative and divine potential.
The choice of how you do that is yours.
Remember to have compassion for yourself, others and all living creatures.
That includes Planet Earth.
