Lessons of Kindness from a Hobbit

posted by The MEGA Coach

“Some believe it is only great power that can hold evil in check, but that is not what I have found.  It is the small everyday deeds of ordinary folk that keep the darkness at bay.  Small acts of kindness and love.  Why Bilbo Baggins?  Perhaps because I am afraid, and he gives me courage.”

Gandalf, “The Hobbit Movie.”

Life always gives you opportunities for love and growth.
Life is unfolding every moment for your highest good.
The key is for you to have eyes to see it.
You filter your experiences through your values and perceptions.

Be open and look with your heart.

The Hobbit has always been one of my favorite books.
It is full of wonder, fun and adventure.
Throughout the book there are profound lessons that can improve your life.

It is perfect that the title is “There and Back Again.”
Haven’t you had times in your life that you can relate to this?
How many times have you found yourself back where you started?

I enjoyed this new movie, especially when Gandalf the Wizard spoke to Lady Galadriel about evil.  What a wonderful way to explain how powerful the smallest act of kindness is.  Love and kindness transform the world instantly.  It doesn’t take a powerful army or weapon, just the truth and a little love and kindness.

The world today is screaming for love and kindness.  Many people are consumed in the cultural conditioning of success – money, power, sex, technology, etc.  Companies, governments and people spend billions of dollars to brainwash you.  They want you to buy their products and most importantly follow their program.

You are blessed with the freedom of choice and the co-creative ability.
Use your mind for its greatest good!
Use your intuition and your senses for their highest good!
Be the best you can be and practice kindness.

Discover your higher purpose for being here.
Do the most good you can every moment.
Make a difference !

smiles,
:) Lee

Keep Looking Up
A wise man shared with me, “Sometimes God puts you on your back so you can look up.” At times, life shows up with challenges.  The key is how to receive it - do we allow it, accept it and welcome it as our next mission or the next thing to learn and experience? The world is facing its t
