One of the greatest blessings in my life was meeting Roy Eugene Davis.
My wife, Denise had recently read ‘Autobiography of a Yogi,’ by Paramahansa Yogananda
and a friend shared that Roy was coming to our area for a seminar that we should attend.

My life changed from that moment on.  Being in Roy’s presence is a wonderful experience,
as he is sincerely dedicated to spiritual growth and started meditating before the age of 18.
Roy has spent most of the past 60 years in service and teaching on the practice of Kriya Yoga and meditation.  He is literally a light beam of wonderful, divine energy, joy, peace, wisdom
and abundance.

Since that meeting, I do my best to consistently meditate every day.
The process of meditation and its benefits have transformed my life.

My own personal experience demonstrates how powerful meditation is and that it can improve all aspects of your life.  It transforms even the most challenging behaviors and patterns.

At the age of 18, Roy was blessed to study with Paramahansa Yogananda, one of the greatest spiritual teachers of Kriya Yoga.  Yogananda directly empowered and ordained Roy in 1951 to teach and heal the way that Yogananda did.

Roy teaches meditation seminars and Kriya Yoga in the US and also travels to many other countries.
His books are published in 10 languages and in 11 countries.  His center is called The Center for Spiritual Awareness and is located in Georgia.
Visit Roy’s website and find out more about this wonderful way of life.

One of my favorite little books by Roy is called, ‘An Easy Guide To Meditation.’
I highly recommend it.

Benefits of Meditation:

1)   Reduced stress

2)   Strengthening of the body’s immune system

3)   Slowing of biological aging processes

4)   More orderly thinking

5)   Improved intellectual abilities

6)   Enhanced appreciation for enjoying life

7)   Greater ease in overcoming or renouncing addictive behaviors

8)   Spontaneous psychological transformation

       9)  More obvious, awakened spiritual growth

Planet Earth is our present dwelling place but it is not our permanent abode.  Where did we come from?  Why are we here?  What are we supposed to do while here?  What will become of us when we depart this world?  How can we awaken to higher understanding and live with meaningful purpose?  These are questions we should ask until the true answers are known.  I pray that the allness of life becomes known to you, and that all your needs are met and your destiny fulfilled.”
