Focus Your Thoughts To Create Success in All Areas

The Flow

The Principle of Focused Attention has established the following as an absolute law; whatever we consistently hold the focus of our attention upon becomes the fabric of our future circumstances.”

Dr. Mick Hall, “Let’s End Illness Now”

Beliefs, energetically translated into feelings, thoughts and emotions, cause all experience.
Thoughts usually have pictures, words and feelings associated with them.
Your thoughts backed with definite belief become actions and attract your expected or desired reality to you.  Success is an inner game.

Your “self-talk” creates your feelings, actions and outcomes.
With positive “self-talk” you empower your self-esteem, self-confidence and self-image.
With negative “self-talk” you destroy it.
It works the same way with your communications to others.

Words are powerful: once you say something out loud, it cannot be taken back.
Choose your words with care and awareness.
Also, be clear that your energy and body language communicate powerfully, even if you never say a word.  Your words can inspire, encourage, heal and prosper or they can devastate yourself or another person.

Choose with discernment, because the subconscious does not take a joke….it takes everything in.
This is the Power of Acknowledgement and one of the greatest forces in the universe.
Consistently acknowledge your wonderful qualities to yourself and especially the growth and transformation you desire.
Make sure to consistently acknowledge the people around you too.

Many of us have inherited negative patterns, beliefs and values from our upbringing or from our own choices.  By using affirmations and repeating them consistently over 21 days, you create a new pattern or belief system. When using affirmations, they have to resonate with you.  By creating a new belief combined with your focused,  positive thoughts you transform your reality

Make sure your words and pictures create a strong image and feeling for youWhen you combine the words of an affirmation, with your strong feelings and pictures, you create a very powerful dynamic force.

Napoleon Hill, in his book “Think and Grow Rich“ discusses the power of autosuggestion.
Tony Robbins takes it further with the power of “incantations” and credits a lot of his success to reprogramming his brain, belief systems and actions through words linked to powerful states and physiologies.

“Any person who does not know the power of the spoken word is behind the times.”

Florence Scovel Shinn

“I am healthy, whole and complete.”

“Today is the day of my amazing good fortune, the ground I am on is harvest ground.”

“I have a large, steady and dependable financial income now.”

“I give thanks for a quick and substantial increase in my financial income now.”

“The unexpected happens, my seemingly impossible good now manifests.”

There is GOLD DUST in the air!

Design your life and make it a masterpiece!
