Your Path to Success

posted by The MEGA Coach

How do you achieve success?
By taking things one step at a time and doing what you can right now, with what you have.

It is important to have a clear, focused and powerful Vision and Purpose.
It also makes a difference to have specific goals, which are clearly defined.
This is your action plan for success.

Writing down your goals increases the likelihood of them happening by 1000%.
It is good to take your thoughts and ideas out of your mind and put them on paper.
This actually frees your mind and you can review them objectively.

Do you know what is one of the hardest things to do in life and business that most people avoid?
Thinking and planning…..you see real, creative thinking takes energy and time.
Most people are not willing to do this and so many people do not have a clear plan.

“Failing to plan is planning to fail!”

                           John Wooden

Thinking about what you truly desire in your life, relationships, business and career is vital to your success.  Writing them down in a simple, clear action plan communicates to the universe your Game Plan for $uccess.

Yet even with the best plan, is the Path to Success a straight line?
Or do you actually have to go A to B, B to C, C to D instead of going A to Z?

Sometimes the best choices show up unexpectedly and were not even in your plan.
You must be open and flexible to follow this opportunities.

What do you do when challenges, problems or obstacles show up on your path?
What would happen if you met them with a positive and open attitude?

If you find something holding you back, acknowledge it and let it go.
Sometimes you must forgive yourself or others to let it go and be free to make a new choice.

Whatever seems to be blocking you is merely forcing you to be more creative.
Look at things from a different perspective and you will find solutions.

Your perceptions color everything in our world.
Make sure that your perceptions are clear and truthful.
Focus on solutions not on the problem!

Stay true to your Vision and Purpose and adjust your strategies as needed.
Go the distance!

“When you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change.”

                                                Wayne Dyer

“Sometimes in the winds of change we find our true destiny.”

How Do You Learn?
Good information from Dennis Waitley: "In a way, human beings behave like bees.  If you place several bees in an open-ended bottle and lay the bottle on its side with the base toward a light source, the bees will repeatedly fly to the bottle bottom toward the light. It never occurs to them to

The Fern and the Bamboo
A wonderful story and metaphor: One day I decided to quit…I quit my job, my relationship, my spirituality.  I wanted to quit my life.  I went to the woods to have one last talk with God. “God”, I said.  “Can you give me one good reason not to quit?”  His answer surprised me.
