Manifesting the Best Harvest of Your Labor

Ripe, Sweet Grapes Ready For Harvest

Want to have your best harvest ever?
Here is some wisdom from the I Ching by Brian Browne Walker.
You may notice that it is also relevant to the economic and political climate.

There is a natural ebb and flow between the forces of light and dark in the world.
Wisdom lies not in resisting these movements but in responding to them appropriately.
Just as a plant which sprouts in the dead of winter is doomed, and one which sprouts in spring flourishes, so it is with us.

Success and prosperity accrue to those who advance in times of light and retreat in times of darkness.  Retreat is not the same things as surrender, capitulation or abandonment, which are desperate and unsatisfying measures.  It is instead an acceptance and a choice: we calmly accept that the energies of the moment are against us, and we wisely choose to withdraw into the safety of stillness.  In this dignified and balanced manner we protect ourselves from negative influences and arrive rested in a more beneficial hour.

What enables transformation is your conscious and vigorous adherence to correct thought and behavior.  No revolution or change in outer things is possible without a prior revolution or change in one’s inner way of being.  Whatever change you aspire to in your affairs must be preceded by a change in heart, an active deepening and strengthening of your resolve to meet every event with equanimity, detachment and innocent goodwill.  When this spiritual poise is achieved within, magnificent things are possible without.

The revolutions of others are enabled also when we refine the fire of goodness and truth inside ourselves.  Sincere commitment to higher things travels outward in powerful waves from the superior person and all those around are affected by this.  Indisputably, to lead one’s inner self to truth and peace is to lead the outer world to truth and peace.  A beneficial revolution is assured to one who takes this path now.

These are challenging, yet interesting and powerful times for our world.
May you follow your higher purpose and highest potential for the good of all concerned.

Have a wonderful Labor Day weekend!

blessings,
:) Lee

Grasp The Opportunity
“Your success in life does not altogether depend upon natural ability; it also depends upon determination to grasp the opportunity that is presented to you.  Opportunities in life come by creation, not by chance.  They are either created now, or were created at some time in the recent past, or t

The Dalai Lama - Our Prime Purpose
It is in giving when we truly receive and open our hearts.  A good way to transform a negative or challenging situation around is by giving and forgiving.  We are all spiritual beings in human form and we all make mistakes. One of our lessons here is to learn to forgive ourselves and others
